Creatagg legal resources
This page is drafted to work for both the United States and Sweden/EU. It is not legal advice. It gives Creatagg one clear place to route copyright complaints, evidence, and response handling.
Use the form below for public intake. Legal/copyright routes to legal@creatagg.com. Privacy/GDPR routes to privacy@creatagg.com.

Use a DSA-compatible notice path for illegal content, plus a separate copyright complaint intake that routes to the same internal evidence log and response SLA.
Keep a single incident log for screenshots, URLs, timestamps, response history, and the final resolution. That makes later enforcement easier in both regions.
Step 1
Notice arrives
Create an incident record and acknowledge receipt.
Step 2
Triage
Check jurisdiction, ownership claims, and whether the report is complete.
Step 3
Action
Disable access, request more detail, or reject with reason.
Step 4
Counter-notice
If the uploader disputes removal, route the response to the legal log.
Step 5
Close
Track the result and whether the same source should be flagged again.
PRV says a rightsholder can contact the infringer and try to reach a solution or use legal sanctions if agreement is not possible. The EU DSA adds a notice-and-action framework for illegal content. That is why Creatagg should keep one internal evidence log and separate public intake instructions.
Public messages should start here through a private intake flow. Privacy/GDPR messages route to privacy@creatagg.com; legal and copyright messages route to legal@creatagg.com.
